Dear Colleagues members of WGGC,
The voting period has finalized. Of the 603 members registered in our group, 288 have cast their vote (47.7%).
They make a total of 1198 preference votes. The following members have been elected:

- 2. Riccardo Cambini (Pisa, Italy) 151 votes
- 3. Christiane Tammer (Halle, Germany) 149 votes
- 4. Monica Bianchi (Milan, Italy) 129 votes
- 5. C. S. Lalitha (Delhi, India) 115 votes
- 6. Jen-Chi Yao (Kaohsiung, Taiwan) 109 votes
I want to express my sincere thanks to the distinguished researchers, members of our group, who accepted to be candidates. Thanks to their participation, we had an excellent list of candidates, which greatly contributed to the status and the visibility of our group.
Also, I would like to thank all members who took part in this election process through their vote. And, of course, I would like to congratulate the newly elected members and wish them success in their task.
The new Committee starts office on October 1st 2025 and ends June 30th 2028.
